Our Terms

1.This unit has an age limit of 12 years. Please ensure nobody over this age uses the equipment. The big slide can be used by kids and adults.

2.All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces) must be removed. We recommend spectacles are also removed.

3.No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable. (to avoid choking or mess)

4.No face-paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or near the inflatable as they can cause damage.

5.No smoking or drinking alcohol near the inflatable

6.Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.

7.A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. Must be competent and present to supervise the inflatable for the complete hire period.

8.Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it.

9.Try to avoid small/large children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.

10.Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

11.Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the inflatable.

12.Do not allow users to be on the inflatable during inflation/deflation.

13.In the event of heavy rain, is it strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness can be dried with a towel.

14.Ensure the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

15.By signing this disclaimer, you allow us to access your property/venue to collect the product(s).

16.When transporting through homes we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses to property.

17.In wind speeds of 24mph+, the inflatable(s) must be switched off and not inflated until the wind speeds decrease.

18.Any incidents of damages or injuries must be reported to us immediately.
